  The staff in particular, Nicole Williams, Roxanna Harris, supposedly social worker, are very rude and talk to you very demeaning, and think everyone is on drugs. Nicole said to me "I am not homeless", "I have a warm bed to sleep in every night", but when First Light serves the food, all of the staff come back to eat donate food, it seems if they are so arrogant, they should be able to provide their own food.
  
  It is no need to report them to anyone because they are all friends like kindergartners.
  
  The White staff on the evening shift and the night shift monitors, betray a civil rights attitude.
  
  The security guards are rude, one said to me, it is the way she said this,
  you cannot get up before 0600am, only the mothers and children should be up,but, "IF YOU ARE HERE JUST TO BE HERE

  Though I didn't have a place to sleep I still had a job and they treated me like a bum. They said I couldn't keep my phone to talk to my daughter nor would they wake me up for work. yet they want my phone with the alarm clock on it.
